Refund Policy

1. Offline Plan

The Offline plan is a one-time purchase at ₹1,999 + GST (₹2,359 total), available through the Google Play Store. It includes a 30-day free trial. Refunds for Play Store purchases are handled through Google Play's refund process.

2. Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is billed annually at ₹349/month + GST × 12 months = ₹4,942/year (incl. GST). We offer a 14-day free trial for new users — no charge during the trial period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Pro-rated refund available if requested between 15-30 days of purchase
  • No refund available after 30 days of purchase

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund terms for Corporate plans are defined in the custom agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.
