Refund Policy

1. Offline Plan

The Offline plan is a Free plan. You pay nothing for it, so there is nothing to refund. If we start a paid Offline plan in the future, we will show its price on this website before you pay, and the refund terms in Section 3 will apply to that paid plan.

2. Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is billed annually at ₹349/month + GST × 12 months = ₹4,942/year (incl. GST). We offer a 30-day free trial for new users — no charge during the trial period.

3. Refund Eligibility

This section applies to paid plans (today, the Enterprise plan). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

• Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase
• Pro-rated refund available if requested between 15-30 days of purchase
• No refund available after 30 days of purchase

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund terms for Corporate plans are defined in the custom agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.
